Virtualitics Awarded Contract to Optimize U.S. Air Force Readiness Spares Package Mobilization with AI

Third USAF Global Strike Command Contract in Less Than One Year Reinforces Virtualitics’ Status as a Trusted AI Partner

PASADENA, Calif., July 22, 2025Virtualitics, the Mission AI Company, today announced it has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) to advance AI logistics optimization for Readiness Spares Package (RSP) mobilization, a critical enabler for the AFGSC’s agile combat employment (ACE) strategy.

Competitively selected based on the success of its Phase I contract, the Virtualitics Integrated Readiness Optimization (IRO) Materiel product is designed to optimize inventory storage and movement under stringent warehousing and safety constraints. The RSP solution, part of Virtualitics IRO Material, enhances AFGSC readiness by optimizing how parts and equipment are palletized for global deployment, dynamically generating step-by-step illustrated packing guides that adapt to real-time operational demands. The solution leverages AI-based constraint optimization to maximize container volume utilization while adhering to weight limits, reducing packing time and accelerating operational effectiveness in contested logistics environments.

“Virtualitics continues to deepen our partnership with the AFGSC, delivering new AI capabilities that enhance the AFGSC’s operational readiness,” said Michael Amori, Virtualitics’ Chief Executive Officer. “Our success is built on a deep collaboration with AFGSC personnel, ensuring that our AI products not only directly address real-world mission challenges, but also identify efficiency gaps. By rapidly integrating airmen feedback and continuously innovating, we are advancing the future of materiel readiness and strengthening the AFGSC’s ability to operate in contested logistics environments.”

The contract reinforces Virtualitics as a trusted AI partner, delivering mission-driven technology that enhances materiel readiness, operational efficiency, and the AFGSC’s ability to execute agile combat employment worldwide. With real-time adaptability and direct airmen input, Virtualitics ensures its technology is built for rapid, effective deployment where it matters most.

This is the third contract Virtualitics has secured with the AFGSC in less than one year, underscoring the company’s commitment to enhancing the AFGSC’s operational readiness posture. Details on the previously announced contracts can be found here and here.
