Craig Rosen

Craig Rosen is the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all aspects of financial planning, capital strategy, accounting, reporting, legal, and HR. He partners closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders to shape strategic priorities, optimize financial performance, and support sustainable, scalable growth.

Prior to joining his current company, Craig served as Chief Financial Officer at Epirus, a venture-backed advanced defense technology firm, where he led the company’s financial operations, capital strategy, and organizational scaling through a period of rapid growth and expanding government partnerships. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance leadership roles at Magic Leap and Beats by Dre, and began his career at Raytheon, building a strong foundation in defense, government contracting, and complex program finance.

Craig’s experience spans strategic planning, financial modeling, pricing strategy, operational transformation, and cross-functional leadership. He is recognized for building high-performing finance teams, modernizing financial systems, and serving as a trusted advisor to founders, boards, and investors on capital allocation, long-term value creation, and governance best practices.

Craig holds concurrent Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and earned his MBA from the University of Southern California. He is based in Phoenix, Arizona, where he lives with his wife, two children, and his Vizsla.
